AMBOSELI >>   3 Days Amboseli National Park. 

Amboseli are the plains below Mt. Kilimanjaro. The waters from melted snow drain down the mountain under lava flows and surface in Amboseli, creating a green belt of swampland amidst dusty plains. Here, hippo, elephant and birdlife can be seen against the backdrop of the magnificent snow-capped mountain.

The package Includes:

• 6 Meals: 2 Breakfast, 2 Lunches and 2 dinners.
• Transport by private safari minibus with pop-up roof for game drive in Kenya.
• Professional English speaking driver guides.
• 4 game viewing drives and park entrance fees
• Pick up and dropoff in Nairobi at a point of your choice.
• 1 liter of bottled mineral water per day while in our safari vehicle.

Day to day Itinerary for this program 

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli
Depart Nairobi at 0800 hrs and travel to the Amboseli National reserve at the foot of snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Arrive in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge or alternative.

Day 2: Amboseli;
A full day in this photogenic park with Early morning and Evening  game drives. All meals and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge or alternative.

Amboseli means ‘the place of water’ in Maasai language. The park has an endless supply of water which is filtered through thousands of meters of volcanic rock from Mount Kilimanjaro. Animal species seen include elephant, zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala and leopard. The birdlife seen here includes pelican, bee eater, kingfisher, African fish eagle and pygmy falcon. Amboseli is one of the most popular parks and offers excellent accommodation facilities.

Day 3: Amboseli - Nairobi ;
Breakfast at the lodge. Depart for Nairobi with game drive en-route.

Arrive Nairobi at lunch hour and drop off at a place of your choice.

Notes:

-       Minimum 2 people.

-       Reservation done for a group of more than 4 people traveling together will attract a discount of US$100.00 on the Adult rates.

-       Reservations falling on December 24, 2009 – January 02, 2010 are subject to Christmas and New Year Supplements of US$45 per person per night.
